Uh... Well, aside from the fog, lack of shelter, and the creepy whispers late at night... [Pauses. Lavi, why'd you bring that up?

Coughs.] What I wanted to ask is how is everyone? And if you've managed to find out exactly where you are in the city...

Granted it'd be a bit hard to meet up but if we can get some idea of where everyone is, where the buildings used to be... It might make things easier? I've already gone up into the sky but I couldn't find a break in the fog even a mile up.

Just...a thought. Probably a stupid one, but we don't know how long this'll last. Or what'll come out of the fog to get at us. Might be best to find someone or as many as we can and stick together, yeah?

[Silent for a little longer, as if mentally reviewing what he said.] I'm...along the river pretty well north of everything.

[He cuts the feed out. And then a few moments later it's back on.]

Oh, Kanda's birthday made me think of something. I know there are a few here I'm not familiar with but birthdays? We could do little parties for everyone if we've got the opportunity. Make the gloomy time here better...

[For once, Karkat employs video function and his very unusual looking appearance is clear to someone not Allen. The fog is everywhere and he sits with his HOMES SMELL YA LATER sickle gleaming in the light set within easy reach. He's still wearing the sweater Allen gave him as the camera clicks on he taps his sylladex, pulling a black and white sickle seemingly out of thin air.

He watches some item of no consequence got shooting out into the fog with an angry curse. His eyes settle on the screen - the fog and their situation has somewhat revived the rage and unbending will of the Troll leader.]

I'm fine, thanks for asking.

What has come out of shit like this before? I'm south along the edge of the river. It isn't a stupid idea to stick together. We're all fucked if we don't. [Though experience tells him they're screwed either way. Eh, details.]

[And sadly Lavi can't really make much of the view given to him by the video, the fog obscures most things which is why he stuck to voice for his own post. But his own expression is one of wide-eyed confusion without being too comical.]

Started to worry about you, honestly. Hadn't heard anything in a while...

[Pauses.] I'm...not sure. You'd have to ask Allen since he's been here longest... I think anyway. Any idea of a good meet up location we can find with all this fog?

[There's a heavy sound of chains if you listen closely like as if something bound is rising up from the floor. It's followed by the clang of metal on stone, the scraping noise echoing in the fog. Tyki laughs softly, and even that doesn't sound right. The distance is too great and the voice too clear.]

Don't watch the sky. Wouldn't want to blind you.

[And what he knows you're not getting out of him, not without a fight and probably not without Wisely here to yank it out of his head.]

What, having us all in one place make it harder to launch a secret attack?

[Lavi's not one to attack when things are like this anyway except in self-defense.]

Someone chain you up so you can't fly then?

[This feed is only audio because he can't see well enough to text, and when Allen speaks, his voice's low to keep it from sounding too raspy.]
